Please see the agenda for meeting details. \nSPC full council meetings are open to the public to attend (unless the public & press are asked to leave\, for confidential matters – this is likely to be reflected on an agenda ahead of a confidential item). \nDuring ‘Public Time’ members of the public can address the Council on any agenda item that requires a Council decision (‘to resolve’) pending time considerations and at the discretion of the Chair of the meeting\, please see the Public Engagement Guidelines on the ‘Meetings – Agenda and Minutes’ page linked below. \nMeetings are usually held in the Avon Room at Saltford Hall\, however please check the agenda in case of room or location changes.
