🟧 1) Local Plan Options Consultation – B&NES Council
🗓️ Open now until 14 November 2025
📍 Documents (orange) are on the shelf by the door as you enter the library
This consultation looks at options for future housing development, including three proposed sites in Saltford.
📄 Small orange leaflets are available to take away.
✏️ There are no paper questionnaires – residents are asked to respond online or write a letter including: their name and address and which proposed option(s) they are commenting on. Residents can choose to submit their comments in writing to: Planning Policy, Lewis House, Bath, BA1 1JG

🟩 2) A4 Bristol to Bath Consultation – West of England Combined Authority (WECA)
🗓️ Consultation runs 21 October – 2 December 2025
📍 Documents (green) are on the shelf below the reserved books – please ask a library volunteer for access.
This WECA consultation covers proposals for the A4 and some connecting roads, several of which are relevant to Saltford residents.
🚫 It does not include the Keynsham bypass (that will be part of a separate consultation later).
📑 A few handouts and questionnaires are available to take away.
Please note, the ‘Bus stops’ section of WECA’s consultation is an interactive map with downloadable PDFs, which is why this information is not available in hardcopy at the library.

🟦 3) Movement Strategy for Bath consultation – B&NES Council
🗓️ Consultation runs 14 October – 28 November 2025
📍 Documents (blue) are also on the shelf below the reserved books – again, please ask a library volunteer to direct you.
This consultation may be less directly relevant to Saltford itself (as it does not cover Saltford – but of interest to those who travel in and out of Bath for e.g. education, work and/or leisure), and questionnaires are available to take away if residents wish to respond.
