Full Council

SPC’s agenda is issued three clear days before the meeting date on SPC’s website and noticeboard. Please see the agenda for meeting details.

SPC full council meetings are open to the public to attend (unless the public & press are asked to leave, for confidential matters – this is likely to be reflected on an agenda ahead of a confidential item).

During ‘Public Time’ members of the public can address the Council on any agenda item that requires a Council decision (‘to resolve’) pending time considerations and at the discretion of the Chair of the meeting, please see the Public Engagement Guidelines on the ‘Meetings – Agenda and Minutes’ page linked below.

Meetings are usually held in the Avon Room at Saltford Hall, however please check the agenda in case of room or location changes. Meetings start at 7.15pm unless otherwise stated.
