Responsibilities are carried out by the Councillors individually and collectively. All Councillors are available to listen to the concerns of residents. If you wish to contact any of the Councillors directly please use the details below.
Elections last took place in May 2019. Elected Councillors serve a four-year term. Parish Councillors do not receive any payment for being elected members and offer their time voluntarily for the benefit of the local community. The Chair receives a small honorarium in place of expenses (£300 p.a. in 2020/21). The Chair and Vice-Chair of the Parish Council are elected annually by other Parish Councillors at the Annual Parish Council meeting in May.
Saltford Parish Council has eleven Councillors. The Parish Clerk supports the Councillors to carry out their responsibilities. Councillors can also be contacted via the Parish Clerk. Please find more information below.
