Early 2023 Pixash Lane and A4 Bath Rd roadworks (Keynsham Recycling Hub) - Saltford Parish Council

As of late December, Pixash Lane has re-opened to traffic. Please be aware that there will be temporary closures of sections of the road in the New Year for re-alignment of the tactile paving and painting of the white lines.

Western Power, (now part of National Grid Electricity Distribution – NGED), will be completing planned connection works on the junction of Pixash Lane and the A4 in the New Year. This may lead to delays in the area, including through Saltford, as two-way traffic lights are likely to be used.

  • Work will take place on the last weekend of January (28/29) and the first weekend of Feb (4/5).
  • Working hours will be: Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm.
  • Pixash Lane will be closed during the work and there will be two-way, manually controlled, temporary traffic signals on the A4.
  • Neighbouring properties will be directly notified about the work.

Please see a copy of the latest Farrans newsletter for information about work at the Keynsham Recycling Hub.

A copy of the notice from B&NES Council for the roadworks is as follows:
