B&NES Council Licensing Policy consultation: SPC raises concerns about B&NES Council’s approach to public awareness and participation in the Licensing process

Following the submission of SPC’s objection comment, SPC was informed by B&NES Council’s licensing team that a Licensing Sub-Committee hearing would take place in early March at the Guildhall to discuss the Licence. Cllr Phil Harding attended to represent SPC.
