Parish Council Elections 2023: Result of SPC’s uncontested election

On 5 April B&NES Council sent Saltford Parish Council the results of uncontested election following nominations received (see ‘Parish Council Elections 2023 – Saltford Parish Council‘ for information).
Following the Parish Council election nominations, being uncontested, the following candidates have been declared as Saltford Parish Councillors (from 9 May 2023).

All Saltford Parish Council candidates stood as Independents.
SPC had 11 vacancies with 10 people elected. Information about the filling the remaining seat will be made available in due course.
The current Saltford Parish Council will retire on Tuesday 9th May, the same date that the newly elected Saltford Parish Council come into office.
Contact information for the newly elected Councillors to Saltford Parish Council will be on the SPC website soon after 9 May along with information on the noticeboard.
The first meeting of the newly elected Saltford Parish Council will be on Tuesday 16 May, 7:15pm, in the Avon Room at Saltford Hall. The public are welcome to attend and speak at meetings.
Saltford Ward will declared its B&NES Council Saltford Ward Councillors following votes at the 4 May 2023 elections. Contact details for Saltford Ward B&NES Councillors will be made available at www.bathnes.gov.uk

The next Chair, Vice Chair and Committee Members (plus working group members and Link Members) will be resolved at SPC’s Annual Parish Council Meeting (also the May Full Council meeting) on Tuesday 16 May.
