What happens when you get an emergency alert

Message from A&S Police for those with concealed mobile phones

We are reminding residents that the Government Alert System will be tested this Sunday (23rd) at 3pm.

Domestic abuse victims with concealed mobile phones are being urged to disable this alert before this date.

Even if your phone is on silent / quiet, it will sound loudly and could give away its location.
