‘Food On Our Doorstep (FOOD) Club’ at Keynsham Children’s Centre - Saltford Parish Council

*****Are you a family or do you know of one living in Keynsham & Chew Valley area (including Saltford) who may be interested in joining a FOOD Club?*****

Bright Start Children’s Centres Services ‘Food On Our Doorstep (FOOD) Club’ at Keynsham Children’s Centre currently has membership spaces available.

The club provides local families – including those in Saltford – with a range of affordable food every week.

It receives weekly produce from Fareshare, who redistribute food from manufactures to people who need it the most. It also receives some donations from other local sources, including Keynsham Food Bank, as available.

FOOD Club details are: Keynsham Children Centre – Weekly Thursday afternoon, 1pm-3pm.

There is a £1 annual membership and for only £3.50 families will receive £15 worth of shopping, with a range of different foods on offer.

To join the food club families must meet the following criteria: Live in Bath & North East Somerset; Have a child who is 0-18 years; Be eligible for or in receipt of certain benefits (see attached registration form for full details)

If you are working with families who may be interested in joining the club, please complete and return the registration form (attached here) and Bright Start will make contact to explain more.

Families are also welcome to complete the form themselves and return to Bright Start.
