As we head into what is likely to be a difficult winter, we are writing with information about how you can “help us to help you”.
We hope this will help you to make best use of not only our surgery but also other services that are available to you and your family.

We also have a health and wellbeing tool that can help you to find services in the local area. Like many practices locally and nationally, we are experiencing an extremely high demand for immediate, same day care. We are sometimes finding that this support could have been safely and more effectively provided in a longer, planned appointment at a future date.
When contacting the surgery please help everyone by thinking carefully whether your problem really requires an immediate, same day response or could you make use of another service or be booked in for a scheduled appointment.
