Pixash Lane waste and recycling site - public consultation - Saltford Parish Council

A B&NES Council public consultation on the future of the Pixash Lane waste and recycling site is now live. B&NES Council is proposing a ‘state of the art’ facility at this location.

The proposals would see the council consolidate its current operational facilities at Pixash Lane and Ashmead Road in Keynsham onto a redeveloped site at Pixash Lane, which is just to the east of the Ashmead industrial area. The “behind the scenes” operational waste and recycling transfer station currently at Midland Road in Bath would also move to the site, and Bath will have its own recycling centres for the public to visit. Sites in Bath are being identified to replace the public Household Waste Recycling Centre at Midland Road, with the public being consulted on their ideas both for sites and future recycling. The council is seeking the views of local people about the proposals from 1st December until 21st December 2020. Have your say using the feedback form at https://www.recyclingkeynsham.co.uk/feedback-form
