Saltford residents encouraged to take part in B&NES Climate & Nature Survey 2025 - Saltford Parish Council

SPC would be grateful if residents could contribute to B&NES Council’s Climate and Nature Survey 2025. B&NES Council wants to hear from residents about your thoughts on climate change and nature loss in our area. Information collected through the survey will help shape the new Climate & Nature Strategy for B&NES, which will impact Saltford.

The survey takes around 5 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous. Plus, you have a chance to win a £50 voucher!

The survey is open until 16th June 2025. Take the survey now: https://www.bathnes.gov.uk/climateandnaturesurvey

Your insights are crucial for creating a healthier, more sustainable environment for everyone in Bath & North East Somerset, including our village, and it’d be great to have Saltford strongly represented in responses.

SPC Councillors inputted thoughts at a recent B&NES Council Parish Liaison meeting. The Parish Council is now keen for resident views and voices to be heard directly by B&NES Council too.

Thanks for your time.

Information from B&NES Council:

B&NES council is writing a new Climate & Nature Strategy. We are giving residents a chance to shape this strategy through various engagement activities, including a survey.

The survey includes several questions designed to gain insight into local concerns, motivations, barriers, and how the council can best support positive change across Bath and North East Somerset to tackle climate change and nature loss. Additionally, residents have the opportunity to provide specific feedback at the end of the survey.

To ensure every resident has the chance to have their voice heard, we would appreciate your support in sharing this survey across social media platforms, newsletters, posters in key community buildings, and any other means of communication you have with your community.

We have provided a URL link and a QR code for the digital survey. Printed copies are also available upon request at our three libraries: Midsomer Norton, Bath, and Keynsham.

If you would like printed copies of the survey or any promotional materials sent to you, or if you have any questions or suggestions, please contact us at sustainability@bathnes.gov.uk.
