UPDATE TO ARTICLE: 1 April 2026
At its 31 March meeting, the Council discussed and agreed that, in consideration of the nature of the WECA ‘Better Buses’ survey, that it was evident that WECA sought individual user and non-user responses and engagement (rather than responses from organisations). It also noted that responses were anonymous.
As such it was agreed that SPC would continue to support raising awareness of the WECA ‘Better Buses’ engagement exercise to residents via its social media and website article, but that SPC would not look to respond directly to the survey (Note: survey closes 10 May, information and link to survey at https://haveyoursaywest.co.uk/betterbuses/).
