Following a B&NES Council (the Highways Authority) public consultation as part of a Traffic Regulation Order, SPC has been informed that the speed limit from the Globe Roundabout to the 30mph sign in Saltford (near the ‘Saltford’ village sign) has been reduced from 50mph to 40mph.
The new speed limit of 40mph is now in place (as of 26 August) and road signs stating the 40mph limit are on display.
Two documents relating to this TRO have been released by B&NES Council, the Outcome of the TRO Process and Consultation Responses . Both documents were shared with SPC today (30/08/22).
